Having trouble launching an online course?
It could be that you have Popup Blockers enabled. Try disabling your Popup Blockers and refresh the course. If need help doing this click HERE. You can also try adjusting your cache settings. For help with that click HERE.
Can I get a refund?
or transfers may be requested prior to the start of ANY class by emailing GOALOnline@VegasPBS.org.
Once a class has launched, the sale is final.
Can I take this training on a smart phone, tablet, or iPad?
Users can access the LearnCenter from an tablet, iPad or smart phone; however, a course may not be accessible if the device does not support the necessary software to view the content. For example, Apple iOS enabled devices do not support Flash. This program is no longer supported when using Internet Explorer. We recommend either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for best experience.
How do update my personal account information?
Users can update their personal account information under Profile. Your Email address must be VALID and UNIQUE. To update your Username and Password please call Customer Support at 702-799-0031 or email GOALOnline@VegasPBS.org.
What if I fail the post test?
You are able to take the class and test as many times as necessary at no additional cost for 60 days.
Where can I find my access code?
After payment, your receipt is emailed to you, which includes your access code. The email is not for a donation to Vegas PBS, rather it is your receipt.
My account is charged multiple times.
The system requires the CVS code when making payment. The CVS code is found on the back of your credit card. If you have a prepaid credit card, you should register your card. The system does not deduct failed transactions from your account, it will only charge once with the verified code.
I don't have a computer.
Vegas PBS offers a free training lab Monday through Friday (closed holidays), 8am - 5pm. Check-in is required at front desk.
